This was the first meeting of the year. We kicked it off by eating the delicious pizza prepared for us by the friendly staff at Bobby Takhur's Pizza Factory in Elk Grove. We introduced ourselves to one another, revealed our agenda, and then after the formal portion of the meeting, we enjoyed listening to songs by Paanchi and by Punam Malhotra.
Topics That Were Discussed:
The agenda for the upcoming year was revealed, including the New Years Party Committee, the Gala Party Date, and the construction of the official Chamber Website. We also learned of the formation of a new Non-Profit dedicated to helping the Elders in our community, headed by Dr. Lakhwinder Randhawa of Yuba City.
