The July meeting at Maharaja Restaurant in Sacramento saw the Chamber soar to new heights. Many new members from diverse career backgrounds as well as 2nd generation Indus Valley members were represented very well. The attendance almost doubled since the last meeting and the participation was completely enriching as well as effective.

The February mixer at Cache Creek Casino & Resort was a great experience enjoyed by all who attended. This event was made possible by the hospitality of our host David Li. Those who attended were offered a complimentary meal at the casino's renowned buffet and complimentary chips to try to earn a fortune from.

The Annual New Years was a huge success. It sold out a full month before the day and was met with wide anticipation. Those who attended described it as a great evening with great food and great raffle prizes. Members are already volunteering to sponsor next year's event.

This year's annual picnic in Elk Grove Park was an ambitious undertaking, but after seeing the results with a large turnout, it was well worth it. Free hot food was cooked on the spot. Games were played by groups of all ages and a myriad of activities were enjoyed by all.
